After sweating almost 7 weeks in the south,
we traveled north to sleep in the mountains for 5 nights!
NO, I did not hike dressed like this...
was just transporting luggage the day before we left.

Packing the car down for the 5 hour drive on windy??? mountain roads...
Our trusty "mule men" loading em up. I think we had 6 mules with us.
Kristin points to where we are headed...but the view wasn't much at this point in the day!
It did, however, greatly improve later on :-)
